ARCE - Visual Test App with AR

This app allows you to enjoy vision testing using AR technology.

・The results from the app are for reference purposes only. For accurate testing or diagnosis, please consult a professional medical institution.
・Depending on the device, smaller optotypes may not be displayed correctly, limiting the measurement to approximately 1.0 decimal acuity. This limitation is due to the resolution of the display, which affects all vision testing products using screen displays. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Main Features ■

・Displays optotypes in AR at the same distance as real vision tests.
・You can choose between two optotypes: the C-symbol (Landolt ring), familiar in Japan, or the E-symbol, commonly used in many other regions.
・Select your background in the AR environment. You can select from camera view, white background, black background, and more.
・Theres a feature to fix the optotype in the center of the screen, useful when it’s tiring to keep pointing the camera in one direction.
・You can respond to the direction of the optotype using voice commands. Simply say "right," "left," "up," "down," or "pass." *Note:An internet connection may be required for your language.
・You can even walk closer to the optotype. While this defeats the purpose of the test, it’s a fun way to experience AR, so feel free to try it!

■ Advanced Features ■

・View a list of results.
・Export results in CSV (Excel), PDF, JSON, or XML formats. *1
・Supports not only the standard decimal vision used in Japan, but also Snellen (meters and feet), Chinese vision standards, and LogMAR.
・You can also convert the results between these different vision standards. *Note: Due to differences in measurement ranges and increments, precise conversions may not be possible. *1
・Enter additional information such as ID, name, and age during the test. Useful for group testing. *2
・IDs can be scanned from barcodes or QR codes. Ideal for testing multiple individuals. *2
・Lock the settings screen with a password or biometric authentication. This is useful when the app is used in environments accessible to many people. *2
